Approval is contingent upon maintaining a credible and genuine online presence. Promotion Guidelines: a. Promotion through coupon code sites, black hat techniques, or click-bait approaches is strictly prohibited. Commissions and Payouts: a. Commissions are based on the net sale amount after deducting any applicable discounts, returns, or taxes. Promotional Materials: a. We provide approved promotional materials such as banners, text links, and content assets for affiliates to use. b. Affiliates may not alter or modify these materials without prior written consent. Affiliate Conduct: a. Affiliates are expected to uphold our brand reputation and integrity in all interactions related to the affiliate program. b. Unethical behavior, misrepresentation, or spamming will result in immediate termination from the program. Tracking and Reporting: a. We utilize reliable tracking software to accurately record affiliate-generated sales. b. Affiliates can access their performance data and track their earnings through our affiliate dashboard. Termination of Affiliation: a. Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time with written notice. b. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the affiliate status and forfeiture of pending commissions. Updates and Modifications: a. We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at our discretion. b. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
